Crawlspaces:

Radon Testing:
$125.00 single test = 2 samples / $200.00 For testing in two locations = 4 samples

Mold Testing:
$300.00 and up

Terms of Payment:
Cash or Check on Site: Preferred.

Paid at closing is Available:Providing Buyer is made “Aware” that even if the sale fails; The Buyer still Liable for the inspection fees.

Agent to Provide:Title Co. Name, Address, Phone/Fax. and escrow agent handling the Transaction.
